Livonia, MI’s Gone Awry has done anything but that. The band’s career direction is the opposite of its career name. This group is one the way up with its infectious pop punk stylings. Hooky, bright, energetic and in-your-face (not to mention jam-packed with enough entertainment value to fill a music store), Gone Awry is the big new blast of music to revitalize rock and roll.
Sometimes punk is dark and nihilistic. But sometimes it’s about positivity. Such is the case with Gone Awry. Even if they’re tackling a hard subject, the music finds a way to uplift. Music calls to the members of Gone Awry, inspiring happiness, energy and optimism. Gone Awry brings this same sense of brightness and vigor to its music, fueling listeners with tons of buzz to get up, get moving and enjoy life.
Gone Awry writes music that satisfies Gone Awry. It must pass their test first. From there, it is up to the fans to embrace. And they will. “We make music for us and hope other people can relate, enjoy and sing along to it.” That’s a given. There’s no way you can resist shouting out the words along with the band as this addictive music plays. And you’ll have no problem learning the words because you’ll play this music over and over and over again. Get ready …
The entire spectrum of musical flavors brings the muse to Gone Awry’s membership, who say they are inspired by “any and all types of music.” Open minds and creative freedom are hallmarks of the songwriting process for this group. Gone Awry’s powerful musical punch has led to Gone Awry opening for the likes of The Fold, Sidewalk Slam (now Run Kid Run), Chasing Victory, House of Heroes, New Year's Day, Test Your Reflex and The Junior Varsity and the group has played such major Detroit venues as St. Andrew’s, The Shelter, The Emerald Ballroom, Alvins and Clutch Cargo’s. The band is “constantly playing shows.” The band is looking to tour in 2007. Writing is also a constant and the band’s second album – “Nothing Ever Lasts” – is completed. Early in 2007, fans can get another fix of Gone Awry’s signature sound. Until then, hit the shows!
“Gone Awry’s is a gem that shines a siren song for all who would partake of great rock.” – A&R Select

Joe "RAW" Rigsby
Former lead guitarist for a Detroit rock band Soul Driven, RAW is now working as a solo recording artist.
RAW has much to say and a song in his heart. You might think he was born with a guitar in his hand the way he effortlessly hammers out note after note.
He is working on his first CD release called Raw Deal. This is a collection of songs that RAW has had in the works for years and is now time for the eruption. These songs go from acoustic soft rock to hard driving almost mind numbing metal sounds. There is something for everyone in this CD. RAW is very meticulous with each part of the song making each tune a joy to hear.
RAW would like to invite you to join him at:

The Arkhams are a three-piece rock n roll band from Queens, NYC, favoring music ending in the suffix "-abilly", Not just another psychobilly band, not just another rockabilly band, they play music like you've never heard (except for the covers, some of which some of you may have heard.), while still respecting your good taste. The Arkhams have a sound that blends all their influences together, yet keeps a coherent, consistent, characteristic, signature sound. With the name "Arkham" being a reference to a town made infamous in H.P. Lovecraft lore (and simultaneously an asylum in Batman comics, that itself being a tip of the hat to Lovecraft), it's no surprise that the songs have recurring themes of insanity. The Arkhams thrive on their musical (and personal) eccentricity, while nodding to those whom have influenced them. A live set is a sharp shock, with most songs connected to the next, relenting few times between songs for slow songs or quick breathers and then onto the next aural assault. Formed in 2006 as a side project (and has subsequently surpassed side project status), the Arkhams have already shared stages with the Meteors, The Nekromantix, Al & the Black Cats, Zombie Ghost Train, The Kings of Nuthin', Three Blue Teardrops, The Slanderin', The Ghastly Ones, the Koffin Kats, the Scofflaws, The Aggrolites, Sasquatch & the Sick-a-Billys and many more, with more to come. While the Arkhams may be a relatively new band, the members are not new on the scene. Matt the Knife, Seanzi Dirtbag, and Bobcat
are well-seasoned local recurring characters, whom you may recognize from some other bands they are currently in, or have been in, in the past. (Lady Anne & the Invaders, the Black Market Band, Bamboula, the Meathookers, Crankenstein, Hobo, the Devil Spades, American Noise, NY Wrecks, the Slanderin'(for a few shows, anyway). On an added "note" Matt the Knife was also the winner of the 2007 Heavy Rebel Weekender Upright Bass Slapdown. The first CD "Live at the Continental NYC" is no longer available, but the Studio Full-Length DIY debut, "ROAD TO ARKHAM" is due early November 2007. Keep Checking for updates. Thanks for the Support!

Midst of Lions
Midst of Lions was conceived in the heart and mind of Aaron Lucas, in 2004. Midst of Lions is a ministry and their main desire is to be a tool for God and an asset to His Kingdom. Their mission is to speak victory into the lives of God’s people, and minister to them so that they may experience the true presence of God. Since its inception Midst of Lions has released three independent projects. In 2005 God inspired, “For Your Consideration”. This freshman project served as a statement of giving one’s life over to God, and standing firm on His Word, and His promises. Following the lead of God, Midst of Lions came back with their 2006 sophomore project, “Now and Tomorrow”, which featured rerecorded tracks as well as some new material. This project, which showcased the band with more of a rock sound, also brought the debut of new vocalist Susan McDonald. Rerecorded songs like This Is Life To Me, which received some radio airplay, and For Your Consideration are songs about going against the flow, and standing firm on God. The recording also featured the song Restore Me, which also found some radio airplay, and was a song about asking forgiveness and entering The Throne Room. God was doing some amazing things with Midst of Lions and in 2007 their latest project; “Along For The Ride” was released. This release featured the debut of bassist Ron Kelley, and drummer David Arnold. This project also introduced the defined rock sound and married it with the exploration of country, blues, and praise and worship. Midst of Lions has quickly developed a fan base and has quickly become a headliner in the Metro-Detroit area. Midst of Lions’ music has been featured on the Detour Detroit Radio Show, The Metro Voice Radio Program, and in the UK on Flame FM. Midst of Lions is a premier independent artist with a top ten charting single on Indie Heaven’s Fan Faves. Recently the band expanded its horizon, and as a promotional support for their latest project, found themselves ministering outside the United States. Midst of Lions is willing to go wherever God leads them; in essence, Midst of Lions is a ministry.
A little about Midst of Lions members: Susan McDonald fronts Midst of Lions. ""Of all the singers that we had either in the band or that auditioned for us, Susan came to us not only as an awesome singer, but as a minister. Working with her was an opportunity that we couldn't pass up."" - Aaron Lucas. Susan is a member of Harvest Christian Center based in Taylor, MI, and Pastured by Pastor Grover Ramey. She is also a graduate of World Harvest Bible College in Ohio. Susan not only has an anointed voice, but also plays guitar and piano, and is a gifted songwriter. At her church Susan works both in the music and children’s ministries.
Guitarist for Midst of Lions is Aaron Lucas. Aaron is a member, and worship leader of Metropolitan Tabernacle Ministry Center, which is based in Melvindale, MI and is Pastured by Pastor Frank Lucas, and Pastor Alan Webb. Aaron and Susan attended the same High School.
Bassist for the band is Ron Kelley. Ron is also a member of Harvest Christian Center in Taylor, where he also works in the music ministry. Ron has played in numerous bands over the years, and pretty will and can sit in with anyone. ""Throw whatever you want, musically, at this guy, and he just makes it better. It goes to a whole new level when he's on It."" - Aaron. The jury is still out on whether or not Ron and Aaron are twins!!
Drummer for the band is David Arnold. David Arnold aka Arnie is a member of Calvary Apostolic Church in Sterling Heights where he also serves in various ways in ministry helps. Arnie is also a frequent patron of Starbucks!
