As you can tell this page is all about advertising, sponsorships, and endorsements. The indie music scene needs all the support we can get. As we swim through the vast amount of resources out there, we'll be putting a who's who list for all to see and use.
Before you seek out endorsing companys make sure you have your press kit put together and an idea of what you'll give them in return. They are usally willing to help you out with products or even money, but they want to know what kind ofаa bang for the buck they'll be getting. (you are in fact a salesman for this company, so when approching them you have to think like this is a job interview. Why should this company hire you?)
- SHURE MICS - Although we do use their products it was before we found out they DO NOT sponsor indie musicians. Their web site states that you MUST have a major label before they'll help out. Our advice is not to use this product until they recognize the small people.
- COLORADO CASE. - Super Product however they are thinking about dropping their programs of supporting artist, because they have a hard time finding the value of this program and have had some bad experiences in the past. (Note: If you get a sponsor, be responsible enough to make sure you're doing all you can to promote them in return). Our advice is to look for another Case company that know the value of your promoting their product(s) and are willing to help you in doing it.
