- Do they provide contracts and references?
- Do they ask about appropriate attire?
- Do they know the proper procedure and etiquette for the event?
- Are they registered, incorporated, or insured?
- Will they talk about music selection before the event?

- Are they prompt, and do they offer a back up plan in case of an emergency, such as, Auto Accidents, Illness, etc.?
- Are the a member of any professional organizations? Such as: N.A.M.E or the A.D.J.A?
